Apartment on Dream Hills 2 Urbanisation Spacious Ground Floor 2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment with Large Sun Terrace and Garden. Peaceful Location. Well Equipped. Well sited for local amenities.

This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, light and spacious apartment is in the unique position of offering a veranda and planted garden at the front & a large tiled sun terrace at the back. It is the ideal base for your holiday in the sun. It has all you could ask of a holiday apartment (& more) and is sited in a quiet residential area, but is within easy access of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The property is built to a very high standard, has been tastefully furnished throughout and is well equipped. It has the little personal touches most holiday apartments lack. Many apartments on this urbanization are built back to back, but this one is not, giving it the rare benefit of having outside space at the back and front of the property, so there is always the choice of sun or shade. The fact that it is not back to back, allows windows and air-conditions to be fitted in both bedrooms - very much a luxury in holiday apartments

The communal pool is literally a stones throw away from the back gate. Fully air-conditioned and well equipped and well presented throughout. Plenty of outdoor space. Many apartments on this urbanisation are built back to back, but this one is not, which makes it light and airy and allows access to outside space at the back and the front, and air-conditioning in both bedrooms. Please note that there is strictly no smoking inside the apartment

This area of Spain if famous for is climate, blue flag beaches and its golf courses. Please follow the link to the vrbo website for availability and prices

Very happy to find all was well with the apartment and just some plants needed re-potting.

The introduction of new laws in the region meant all rental properties have to be registered with the authorities.
My property is licenced and fully in accordance with the new law so you can book with confidence 👍
