We are approaching the end of the Jacaranda season here in Valencia. The streets are covered with this beautiful purple blossom, and whilst it's sad to know they'll be gone soon, we know that this will bring a new a new season of flower... Because it's always beautiful here 🌸

Hi guys! Did you miss us?! We've been very absent on social media lately due to all the other things life throws at us, on top of being only a 2 man band running this business.

I ended up spending significantly longer back in the UK with family than had been planned, and then Leon went and completed part of the Camino de Santiago! 👣

But, we are both loving being back in Valencia right now, and whilst I can't promise our social media activity will dramatically improve, I will try and stay a little more present!

That's always a good sign of a place though isn't it, when it feels gooooood to come home!!

The first private chef experience of the year went off with a bang 🎆 (no, not because of Las Fallas!)

Leon took on the very brave challenge of creating a French menu… for our lovely guests from France 🇫🇷

What we do know — it was an incredible evening filled with great food, wine, and even better company.

We’re now looking ahead to a season full of private dining experiences, celebrations, and unforgettable group stays here in Valencia.

When you’re invited by local Valencians to eat paella in the street during Las Fallas … you don’t ask questions, you just say yes. 🥘🔥

As foreigners (or guiris), being invited to share traditions like a neighbourhood paella during the celebrations is something really special.

These are the moments that really show the spirit of Valencia; neighbours, food, and of course fireworks! It's a city that knows how to celebrate together 💛

Don't come to Valencia, if you don't like loud noises... Especially in March!!

Because it’s Las Fallas season!! 🎇 🎆 🎇

A month of fireworks - day and night, daily explosions, giant artistic sculptures, street parties, traditional dress and celebrations that end with the entire city setting its artwork on fire.

Quiet? Never.

Unforgettable? Always!
