Lunch from the garden for 22 today!
Grilled parmesan courgettes and green salad picked in the morning and on the plate by lunch time.

This year we are starting to serve home grown produce for our retreats when we can (thanks to our new vegetable garden over at Villa du parc and grown by Tori and her partner).

Courgettes are now in season, and any minute the tomatoes will be ready...

Lovingly grown, cooked and served to our special groups 💚

Rainbows on your plate!

We just wrapped up a week of Satvic cooking for our latest retreat with Nekiah Madhavi Starr Alchemy

The focus was high vibrational vegan food that was yummy, satisfying and so so nourishing.
Everyday was a feast for the eyes, tummy and soul!

We cater to all dietary requirements and adapt our menus to what is needed and desired for your retreat 💓
