The castle, which has not been occupied for the past 75 years, has 22 large bedrooms, an
d many other interesting features, including a chapel and a library. The oldest part dates back to 1233, and the authentic kitchen to 1359. The courtyard
The ´Maison de Gardien´ (Bed and Breakfast / Chambres d'hôtes) , the ´Maison de Maître´ (main house) and the dove cot are situated in the symetrical courtyard. The houses and the ´jardin a la francaise´ were built in the 19th century. The Orangery is being renovated and will be available as a luxury holiday home in the near future and the watermill which has become a ruin are situated at the other side of the castle. 3 rooms on the first floor of the Maison Gardinier can be reached by a private stairway. On the groundfloor we have a 4th spacious room
The breakfast room has a woodburning stove and beautiful vieuws overlooking the castle. Each room has its ensuite bathroom and toilet. 2 Rooms have enough space to add one or two extra beds. The rooms with each big windows, beautifull vieuws and have a combination of bright colours, wooden floors, high sealings, antique furniture and very important good beds.
