Chef Jean Imbert takes over Hôtel Martinez restauration and revealed his first project with La Plage du Martinez. In a yachting and chic setting influenced by the French Riviera, Chef Jean Imbert offers a traditional cuisine inspired by the Mediterranée with local and seasonal products. Hôtel Martinez reveals Le Sud, its newly redesigned lobby-bar located at the heart of the Hotel with its garden open on La Croisette.
