Impromptu etandem ride to via Bellecombe. Fab to be passed by so many classic cars on a and eating at the lovely restaurant too! Thank goodness we got our order in before the 60 classics! Thanks to Sylvie et Bastion for the quick service! 😋♥️

My hubby's signiture dish after watching James Martin in Annecy(Google the programme it's great!). Annecy is our local town from Lechatox.com where we are in Massif des Bauges in France, esp in Savoie where we are to have a change from cheese! We used dorade sebaste(rose fish). It really is a beautiful light recipe, slightly adapted depending on available herbs, and always use less oil.
