Our new tiramisù is made à la minute, right in front of you — homemade biscuit, hot espresso, local organic walnut liqueur, silky mascarpone, dark chocolate & cocoa. 🤎

And because Tiramisù means “lift me up”… we’re saving it for the last dessert of your holiday.

With tomatoes at their peak, we're busy preparing and preserving our homemade tomato sauce to capture all those wonderful summer flavours.

Using ripe, seasonal tomatoes means our children's bolognese this winter will be rich, wholesome and bursting with natural flavour – just as it should be. ❤️

It's one of the many ways we make the most of local, seasonal produce, ensuring every meal is homemade with care and the best ingredients available.

An unforgettable Tours & Activities Week has come to an end, and what a weekAn unforgettable Tours & Activities Week has come to an end, and what a week it has been! ❤️

From wandering the charming streets of Annecy and exploring the medieval village of Yvoire to relaxing by the lake in Évian and crossing into Italy for the breathtaking views of Courmayeur, every day brought a new adventure.

We also headed into the mountains for beautiful hikes, shared plenty of laughs along the way, and wrapped up the week with an adrenaline-filled white-water rafting experience! 🌊🏔️

The best part? Watching guests become friends and hearing so many say it was one of the highlights of their summer.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made this week so special. We can't wait to welcome the next group for another week of unforgettable memories!
