Rolling on with Season 9 and some guests who are a big part of our Family Album. 🥰

It’s Lisa’s 5th time with us & she introduced her brother John to her home from home a couple of years ago. From revisiting old favourite climbs, exploring new routes to relaxing après vélo & sharing stories with other guests…we know how much their escape to our little piece of paradise means to them.

It’s always a real pleasure to welcome you back to your Pyrenean home, until the next time…🥰🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏔️

Rolling on with Season 9 Family Album & Kim & Jennie from Finland are next.

We can confirm what they say about the Finns being the happiest people because this pair never stopped smiling for their weeks stay…every day was epic & amazing! A week that started with Tourmalet loop & Aspin & finished with Luz Ardiden & Hautacam in one day…this pair covered a lot of cols in a weeks stay!

A real pleasure to host you, thanks for a great week. We hope the Pyrenean training sees you right for the TCR Kim. Best of luck with the event…🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏔️

When you’ve got 10 days in cycling paradise, you’ve got the luxury of exploring a lot of the valley…which is what this pair did! From a corner balcony room, to TdF cols & beautiful foothill rides, to laughs & chats around the table…this pair made the most of their Pyrenean holiday!

Rolling on with another regular guest Zoë, who had an opportunity to come back & see us this year while working in Europe.

Luz Ardiden was Zoë’s first ever Col to climb during her first visit…so there was no stopping her this time as she explored more climbs. Zoë holds the record for the longest staying guest, when she stayed for 19 days a few years ago…imagine 19 days in paradise!

Thanks for coming back to see us Zoë, always a pleasure. Enjoy the rest of your work in Europe.

Rolling on with Season 9 Family Album & next up John, Patrick & Henry. It was a real pleasure to host this trio for a family cycling holiday in the Pyrenees. They didn’t get the weather they ordered but it didn’t stop them getting out on the cols…including the fantastic Tourmalet loop, which takes you over Tourmalet & home via the foothills.

It was a real pleasure to have Burns, another regular at the Lodge, open Season 9 with us. 🙌

We’re so glad he managed to fit in a visit to his home from home, at the end of his European cycling trip. Burns has been here quite a few times & this trip he combined some biking & hiking…the best of both worlds.
