This one left yesterday for the birthday boys big day today!
An all vanilla sponge, buttercream and jam filling, and made to look like his favourite race car!

Yesterdays cake was so much fun to make!
A Cabbage themed cake (yes you read that right!)
I have a wonderful customer whose partners nickname is Cabbage so what else could we do?!
She also wanted a couple of names incorporated for some friends of his so we managed that too!

So as promised I have been trying out some doggy friendly treats, all Rolo approved and with more to come!
But for now I have 7 boxes of three different treats, a bag of cheese crunch hearts, a bag of sweet potato snacks and a bag of two banana and oat bites!

As it was my boy’s first birthday yesterday it’s got me thinking……
Alongside my cakes would there be any call for treats for your beloved dogs?
I have had a look at some recipes and think in between my regular work I might make some doggy style treats!

So today’s wedding was at the beautiful De Courceys Manor!
Our bride had opted for a three tier cake in carrot, lemon and Victoria sponge style flavours, the base was finished with hand made and tinted ruffles in white and blush pink, the middle in gold with gold sanding sugar for texture and the top tier in blush ping with a gold touch finished with hand piping details.
Wishing my couple all the love in the world and huge congratulations on your special day! ###
