Providing hands free Holiday Let Management services to property owners helping them maximise their returns while being completely hands off. Covering Aberdeen & Shire, Moray, Inverness & Dundee areas

Finding profitable property deals for other property investors as well as our own portfolio
Providing renovation Project Management services with all trades supplied. From Buy To Let properties, home upgrades to full extensions and soon to be new build properties.
👉🏻 SJA Coaching:
Providing property specific coaching with a focus on showing you how to successfully find, analyse and fund profitable property deals with 7 different ways to make money from those deals for shorter term cashflow strategies to longer term wealth building plans. Aimed at supporting you build additional monthly income with a plan to eventually go full time in property.
👉🏻 SJA Spaces:
Bringing a flexible modern workspace to Turriff town centre including office suites, therapy rooms, co-working desks and meeting room hires. Currently undergoing heavy renovation due to complete late 2024 (some rooms and desks already reserved).
