More information on how to support the next stage of the Shop Fund. 📣📣

A wave and a smile 😊 🙌 Last week, WACDC, on behalf of the Kilchoan Village Shop and Fuel Station, announced that we are finalists for the Team Spirit Award, kindly sponsored by , in the UK and Rural Community Business Awards 2026.
We need the community’s help now to get a short video down to London for the awards. Jez has kindly offered to do the drone filming 🤩 for the shot, and don’t worry — there won’t be any close-ups. This is going to be a crowd waving at the camera: the people who have backed the project from the start… YOU!! This will be followed by some scenic shots of the most beautiful coast in the world… not that we are bragging.

To recap:
• 🕚 10.45 am on Wednesday 10th June
• 🛻 Meet in the Community Centre car park — just before the doors open for the Kilchoan Market at 11 am
• 👋 Five minutes of filming and waving is all we need before you go to buy some crafts or produce.
• 🫶 Please share this so we can show the awards our community spirit.

We’re now open:
Sunday to Friday 10:00 -16:00.

Whether it’s your morning flat white or a lazy afternoon treat, we’ve got you covered all summer long.

We also want to say a huge thank you to everyone for your support over the winter. With community dinners, the little shop, and the cafe, it's been very busy for the ladies at Fika. They nailed it! 👏.
