From our Rocket composter, on-site bottled water and produce grown on land, every little step we can take to reduce our impact on the planet helps preserve our Highland home for generations to come.

As a category winner, we’re looking forward to representing the Highlands and Islands as a finalist at the Scottish Thistle Awards National Final in Edinburgh this November.
