“We had the most amazing break away at Coastguard Cottage in Craster. The property was faultless, incredibly spacious and comfortable, we were never on top of each other, the living area is so well designed. The kitchen is very well equipped, and all bathrooms were spotless. Possibly the highlight was the duvets: most comfy duvet we've slept in. Oh and the deck overlooking the harbour!
We know Craster very well as we come walking a lot, but this long weekend stay allowed us to celebrate a big birthday and see the village through a different lens. We actually never really noticed the raging storm and 65mph gusts of wind! We still managed to spend hours rock pooling with the kids, and packed in our favourite walks: perfect location to walk either to Dunstanburgh Castle, Low Newton Beach, or Boulmer. Just spot on. Thank you for making the whole experience pain free, and for being so accommodating with booking and access times etc.

The Weeklybiz Network had a great time earlier this week, exploring the Forge at Red Row; definitely worth a visit to see in action and they have the most beautiful gallery/shop next to the Forge too!

Dear Jane

As promised, a bit late, I would like to thank you for your fabulous service ahead of, during and after our stay at Embleton View. We had a fabulous break in this lovely cottage. Firstly, the location blew us away! Its proximity to the beautiful - and empty - beach was perfect. The house itself is very thoughtfully and tastefully furnished and equipped. It felt more like a home than a holiday cottage. We loved the choice of books, even if we didn’t have time to read any! The information provided before our trip about the area was extremely useful as was the circular walk from the cottage which we very much enjoyed. We had never visited Northumberland before but would love to return (5 days wasn’t enough!) and I can't imagine a more perfect location than Embleton View - I just wish the journey wasn’t so long!
