Just a few snaps from an adventurous weekend with the Southern Counties Off Road Club.

This weekend we welcome back South Counties Off Road Club to the estate: trials in the woodland on Sunday, and the Comp Safari on Bank Holiday Monday. Both take place in Park Wood and the fields on the Priory side of the road. If you're walking, please follow any warning signs, keep your dogs on a lead, and stick to the footpaths. Spectators welcome — there are plenty of safe spots to watch from.

Camping solo has huge rewards — but that first trip alone can feel daunting, whether you're a man or a woman, new to it or a seasoned pro. The Wombles are here to help: a friendly welcome, a buddy system, and informal fireside meet-ups for anyone who fancies some company.

I've spoken to a friend in military logistics, and we'll soon be getting one of these to patrol the Camping at Bilsington Priory Estate at night to pick up unwelcome visitors!

A different weekend from the norm...Our Vibe Festival encompassed every aspect of wellness, sound healing, and meditation. I don't think the gardens have ever witnessed so many people dozing off to the sound of gongs!
