Charlie's Camping and Caravanning site Armoy, Co.Antrim, is a 0.75 acre level site located in a scenic farming area central to the Causeway Coast and the Glens of Antrim. It is a Peaceful and quiet site and has a lovely view of the Antrim Hills. Pets welcome but must be under control. Facilities at Charlie's Camping and Caravanning include a grassy site,
some shelter, chemical toilet disposal point, drinking water, electric hook-ups for touring units (5) and toilets and shower area. The facilities below are within one mile are shops, bottled gas, children's play area , fishing, golf, restaurant, snacks, takeout, bar and access to public transport. The site is central to Causeway Coast and Glens, the Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Ropebridge, Dunluce Castle, the Old Bushmills Distillery, Gracehill and Royal Portrush Golf Clubs. 🚨McCooke 5K🚨
❗️Wednesday 2nd September @6.30pm❗️

After the success of our inaugural 5K race honouring the legacy of Steve and Charlie McCooke we are back with our 5K race at Limepark playing fields for its second year!

Known as the 'Armoy Athletes' both men were running greats of their time, winning local and regional championships as members of the East Antrim Harriers - cycling to training from Armoy!! Steve went on to represent Great Britain at the 1948 Olympic Games in London. This 5K honours their legacy, commitment and passion for running!

Be sure to sign up for this cross country 2 lap race!

Prizes for first finishers and spot prizes

Registration will include a medal and plenty of refreshments afterwards.
