Just a Paws Up… Barkchory is taking a little paws!
We’re sorry to say that our Barkchory Dog Show, planned for this Sunday, has been postponed until next year. We know that’s a bit ruff for all our four-legged friends who were ready to strut their stuff, wag those tails and compete for Top Dog… but don’t worry, we’re not putting this idea in the doghouse! We’ll be back next year, hopefully bigger, better and even more pawsome. So keep those tails wagging, those noses twitching and those best-in-show moves well practised. Watch this space – we’ll keep you pup-dated! And of course our 4 legged friends and their owners are always welcome at the Lodge.

Hello Autumn
In We may be a little sad to say goodbye to summer, but there’s something special about autumn at the Lodge. Davut and the team are looking forward to watching the view from our windows as the trees slowly turn red, gold and amber, getting the fires crackling again and lighting the candles as the evenings draw in. So while we’ll miss those long summer days, we’re more than ready for crisp autumn walks, glowing fires, candlelit evenings and cosy times by the river. Summer, you’ve been lovely… but autumn at the Lodge, we’re ready for you.

BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY AT THE LODGE

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION – SUNDAY 30TH AUGUST
We’re OPEN AS NORMAL this Sunday, serving our delicious Sunday Brunch Menu – so you can still join us for a relaxing Sunday at the Lodge. Just a little heads-up before you travel…
Due to the Endurance event taking place in Banchory, Dee Street will be closed on Sunday 30th August. Access to and from Banchory Lodge will be via Station Road, as shown on the map.
Signage will be in place from the event organisers to help direct you, and we’ll be here ready to give you our usual warm Lodge welcome when you arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the temporary road closure and really appreciate your understanding. And for Bank Holiday Monday…
Everything will be back to normal, and we’ll be making the most of the long weekend with our Outdoor Kitchen fired up too!
So whether it’s Sunday brunch or a Bank Holiday Monday by the river, we’re open and looking forward to welcoming you!
