🌿 THE WAIT IS OVER. THE RETREAT IS READY.
After a summer of hard work, transforming a quiet corner of our gardens into something rather special, we’re delighted to announce that bookings for The Retreat at Barlow Woodseats Hall are officially LIVE!
Opening 1st November.
Hidden away in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside, we’ve created a space dedicated to slowing down, switching off and taking a little time for yourself.
A place to escape the noise of everyday life.

Unwind in our infrared sauna. Relax your muscles, clear your mind and let the warmth work its magic.

Embrace the invigorating experience of our outdoor cold plunges. A moment to challenge yourself, reset and feel completely alive.
🌿 STILLNESS
Retreat to our peaceful summerhouse. Enjoy a herbal tea, lose yourself in a book or simply sit and appreciate the surrounding countryside.
OPENING TIMES
Sunday to Saturday:
10am – 11am
12pm – 1pm
2pm – 3pm
4pm – 5pm
Additional evening session, Monday to Saturday:
6pm – 7pm
OUR PRICES
🌿 Individual session — £20 per person
🌿 Two people — £40
🌿 Exclusive private hire — £60 for up to 4 people
Each session is a full hour to enjoy the sauna, cold plunges and summerhouse at your own pace.
Come alone for a little peace, bring someone special or book the entire space for you and your friends.

With a maximum of just four guests per session, we’ve deliberately kept things small, personal and peaceful.
