🏁 A little trip down memory lane! 🏁

Here are a few pictures of Elfyn Evans from back in the early days of his rallying career, when Caerddaniel Caravan Park and Trawsdir Touring Park used to sponsor him.

It’s amazing to look back at these pictures and see just how far he’s come since those early days.

We’re all incredibly proud to have played a small part in his journey, but most importantly, we’re incredibly proud of Elfyn himself and everything he’s achieved through years of hard work and determination. It’s been fantastic watching him go from those early rallies to competing with the very best in the world! 👏

Road Closure – Barmouth 🚧

Just a heads-up to all our customers travelling to and from Trawsdir

SP Energy Networks will be carrying out electrical improvement works in Barmouth over the coming weeks.

King Edward Street will be closed for up to 3 weeks from the 16th of November to the 2nd of December.

If you’re planning on coming down to stay with us, please be aware that you will have to take the long way round due to the road closure, so allow plenty of extra time for your journey.

It’s very unfortunate, but this work needs to be done, and sadly there’s no way around it. We appreciate it’s going to be an inconvenience for everyone.

⚡ POWER CUT UPDATE ⚡

To all our customers currently on the park, we’ve received an update from Scottish Power regarding the ongoing power cut affecting the LL42 area.

Their engineers are currently working to repair a grounded overhead power line and are making progress.

⚡ Current estimated restoration time: 8:30pm tonight (29th September).

Scottish Power have said they are working to restore the supply as quickly and safely as possible.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We’ll keep you updated if we receive any further information.

We’re pleased to announce an important safety upgrade! 🚨🚑

We have upgraded the AED defibrillators at both Caerddaniel Caravan Park and Trawsdir Touring & Camping Park.

Both defibrillators are now housed in brand-new cabinets, conveniently located at each reception, and are fully registered with the Welsh Ambulance Service.

While we all hope they are never needed, having these life-saving devices readily available provides extra peace of mind for our guests, visitors, staff and the local community.

Your safety is always one of our top priorities.
