Very depressing post. Sorry 💔
With 3 ginormous bills being paid in the last 24 hours we are empty. The vet and kennel bills keep coming, every bill keeps coming, rent, special food, fuel when needed.
The donations have slowed down, we know it's hard for everyone and our volunteers give every penny they can but without urgent help our doors will be closed to new arrivals for the foreseeable. We put our hearts and souls into every animal. We go out when no one else will helping cats stuck in trees, we brave the weather looking for cats missing in the storms, we take in dogs no one else wants to help, we save lives, we do everything we can to say yes. But we can't afford to keep going like this, it's not working. We are so very sorry, we try so hard.
