A sweet spot tucked behind the dunes, with Beadnell Bay just steps from the back gate.

Marram Cottage sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms, with a cosy open-plan living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spa-style bathroom to come home to after a day on the sand.

Short walk to the local pubs and restaurants. Coastal walks straight from the door. Watersports, cycling, fishing, coasteering and crabbing all close by — cosy log-burner evenings in the colder months, straight onto the beach the rest of the year.

"The joy we felt when we arrived at Marram Cottage is an instant treasured family memory." — one of our recent guests.

Golden hour at Beadnell Harbour 🌅

Beadnell is home to the only harbour on the east coast of England that faces west, making it one of the best places in Northumberland to watch the sun set over the sea.

Built in the late 18th century, the harbour was originally developed to support the local lime industry, with ships carrying lime and coal along the coast. Today, it’s a much quieter place, known for its colourful fishing boats and spectacular evening light.
