We've got seven beautiful, cosy en suite bedrooms to choose from, perfect for a little weekend getaway or a few days exploring the Suffolk coast. And the best bit? Breakfast is included with your stay!
We're tucked away in the heart of the lovely village of Wangford, just a 10 minute drive from Southwold. Think colourful beach huts, independent shops, a wander along the pier and perhaps a little visit to the famous Adnams Brewery.
Just along the coast you'll find Walberswick, one of our favourite spots for a day out. Enjoy a bit of crabbing by the water, explore the beach or even hop on the little rowing boat ferry across from Southwold Harbour.
If you enjoy getting outdoors, there's so much to discover. Beautiful walks along the Blyth Estuary, quiet stretches of coastline at Covehithe and the wonderful wildlife at RSPB Minsmere.
Bringing your four legged friend? We've got two dog friendly bedrooms too, so they don't have to miss out on the adventure!
And of course, there's the pub itself. We're proud to have been named the Destination Pub winner at the Muddy Stilettos Suffolk & Cambs Awards 2025, so you can look forward to some lovely food, a well-earned drink and a cosy evening with us after a day of exploring.
