A bucket list trip for Steve to see his all time favourite band in Toronto. Taking in many of Ontario favourites and sharing with family made it so special.

So for the 1st time in 14 years we took a summer break. Steve’s all time favourite band were playing in their home town of Toronto and it was a bucket list gig for him and his brother. So we took a family trip, seeing all the sights in & around Ontario. I got to visit family (in Northumberland County believe it or not) and enjoy summer in the city. Wonderful memories.

With lots of people suffering from food allergies I thought it was about time I made some gluten free cookies myself rather than buying them. These delicious almond, 2 ingredient cookies were a real hit with guests.
