🎃👻 HALLOWEEN WEEK AT BERWICK👻🎃

Get ready for a week of spooky fun, tricks, treats and plenty of Halloween mischief! 🕷️🦇

We’ve got lots planned for our owners and families, so dig out those costumes and get ready to join in! 🧙‍♀️✨

🧪 THURSDAY 29TH OCTOBER – HALLOWEEN POTION MAKING

⏰ 1pm | 📍 Owners Lounge

Calling all witches and wizards! 🧙‍♂️ Join us for some magical potion making as we mix, stir and create our very own spooky concoctions! Who knows what spells you’ll be brewing? 🫧💚

🍬 SATURDAY 31ST OCTOBER – TRICK OR TREAT SCAVENGER HUNT

⏰ 12pm | 📍 Meet at Reception

Gather your ghostly gang and get ready for a Halloween adventure! 👻

All families will set off together at 12pm, racing to complete their scavenger hunt sheets! The first family back with a fully completed sheet will take home the BIGGEST PRIZE! 🏆

But don’t worry, there’ll be tricks and treats for everyone! 🍭🎃

🪩 SATURDAY 31ST OCTOBER – OWNERS HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR!

⏰ 7pm | 📍 Owners Lounge

We’re ending Halloween with a spook-tacular party! 🎉

Expect plenty of fun, games, music and laughter, plus our FANCY DRESS COMPETITION! 🧛‍♀️🧟‍♂️

And remember, Halloween isn’t just for the little monsters! We want to see the grown-ups getting involved too, so get those costumes ready! 👀

Our General Manager, Jay, will have the tricky task of judging the entries and choosing our Halloween winner! 🏆🎃

🎧🪩 SILENT DISCO – QUICK UPDATE! 🪩🎧

We’ve made a little change to tonight’s Silent Disco plans! 💃🕺

To make sure everyone gets the chance to enjoy themselves, we’ve split the evening into TWO sessions! 🎶

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 FAMILY SESSION – 6PM–7:30PM

Bring the whole family along, pop on your headphones and get ready to show off your best dance moves! A fun-filled session for the little ones and grown-ups alike! 🎉

🪩 ADULTS SESSION – 8PM–9:30PM

Then it’s time for the grown-ups to take over the dance floor! Grab your headphones, choose your favourite tunes and dance the evening away! 💃🕺

🌧️💨 IMPORTANT STORM UPDATE – HAVEN BERWICK OWNERS 💨🌧️

Good morning Owners! 💙

With two storms currently affecting us, we wanted to share some important updates to our facilities and activity schedules over the weekend.

⚠️ STAY SAFE & STORM PREPARATIONS

The safety of our Owners, holidaymakers and team is our top priority.

🌦️ Please keep an eye on the Met Office website for the latest weather warnings and updates.

🚗 Take extra care when travelling to and from Berwick, and when moving around the park, particularly during periods of high winds and heavy rain.

🏡 Please check your caravans and ensure all loose items on decking and outdoor areas are either removed or securely tied down to prevent damage or injury.

🏊 HEALTH SUITE – TEMPORARY CLOSURE

Our Health Suite will be temporarily closed as we have needed to use this space to safely store the Owners Lounge garden furniture ahead of the forecast high winds. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

🧘 SUNDAY KEEP FIT – VENUE CHANGE

Sunday’s Keep Fit session will now take place in the Owners Lounge, allowing us to make space for some additional activities to keep everyone entertained during the wet and windy weather!

🎉 EXTRA WEEKEND ACTIVITIES!

We know the weather isn’t quite what we’d hoped for, so we’ve added some extra activities for both Owners and holidaymakers to enjoy!

We’re finishing the season in style, and we’ve got a brilliant weekend planned for you! 🥳

🍹 Friday 20th November – The Warm Up
A relaxed evening in Briggs of Tweed with food, drinks, live music and karaoke!

🤠🎸 Saturday 21st November – Country vs Rock!
Pick your side, dress to impress and get ready for a fantastic night of entertainment. Will it be cowboy boots or air guitars? 👀

🍳Complimentary Owners Breakfast for Saturday evening ticket holders, too!

🎅🎄 Sunday 22nd November – Christmas Dinner
A festive feast with a visit from Santa! Three sittings available, bookable through Reception only.

🎟️ Saturday party tickets are available on the app NOW!

A quick note about booking: The app currently shows “Adults Only”, but this isn’t quite right! Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

There are no separate adult and child ticket types, so please book one ticket for every person attending, including children. 😊

It’s going to be a great weekend to round off the season with our Owners! ❤️

Owners, we’re looking at adding something a little extra special to our End of Season Owners Party Weekend in 2026… and we’d love to know what you think! 🥂

How would you fancy spending a festive afternoon creating your very own beautiful Christmas wreath, ready to take home and proudly hang on your door? 🎀🌿

We’re exploring the possibility of welcoming the Creative Designer from The Flower Cabin to our Owners Lounge for a relaxed and festive wreath-making experience — complete with Prosecco! 🥂✨

Everything you need would be included:
🎄 All wreath-making materials
✂️ All tools provided
🌿 Expert guidance from the Creative Designer at The Flower Cabin
🥂 Prosecco while you create
❤️ Your own beautiful handmade Christmas wreath to take home

We’re looking at two exclusive sessions, with a maximum of just 16 people per session:

Whether there’s an outstanding repair or job you’d like to talk through, you have a question about the grounds or maintenance, or you’d simply like some advice on getting your caravan ready for winter — pop in and see us.

These sessions aren’t just about jobs and repairs. They’re about keeping the conversation open, listening to what matters to you and giving you the opportunity to speak directly with the team looking after your park and holiday home. 🏡💬
