- Door out to the self-contained pretty patio with pots (please water) and small table with 2 chairs.
- The hallway opens into a cottage kitchen. Working Rayburn (gas) and separate electric oven and 2 gas hob. Sink, washing/drier, fridge (with small freezer compartment). There is a small larder at the end of the kitchen for holding supplies.
- Upstairs to landing with night storage heater, airing cupboard for hot water tank and immersion heather.
- Bedroom 1: spacious south facing double bedroom. Two fitted wardrobes, chair, table, mirror.
- Bathroom: with full-size bath, overhead shower (electric), WC, hand-basin & heated towel rail.
- Bedroom 2: Bunk beds, hand-basin, window.
- Leading through to Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, with window over looking the patio.
