We've partnered with Air Ambulances UK to help spread the word: Every Mission Starts With You.

We're proud to be supporting AAUK as our Charity of the Year for the next two years, raising awareness and funds for this vital cause. Together, we've already raised more than £3,000.

Colleagues recently visited Devon Air Ambulance for a tour of the airbase, finding it incredibly valuable to hear first-hand about the lifesaving work they do and how much donations support their operations.

Every day, crews are dispatched to over 137 missions—providing specialist, critical care when it matters most. Each helicopter mission costs an average of £4,748 to deliver these vital services.

We're getting behind 2026 and showing our support for the lifesaving work of air ambulance charities across the UK.

We’re incredibly proud of our partnership with Something To Look Forward To a charity that helps people with cancer and their families access a variety of generously donated gifts and experiences during an incredibly challenging time.

Through this partnership, holidaycottages.co.uk connects our homeowners with the charity, enabling them to donate holidays at their properties to individuals and families affected by cancer who are also experiencing financial hardship.

As a holiday letting agency, we already help to create special memories for guests every day, and by offering respite breaks for families who are impacted by cancer, we want to help them make cherished memories, make them feel supported, and have valuable time together outside of the home and hospital appointments.

These stays offer an opportunity to relax, reconnect and create cherished memories when they matter most.

🎉 Three months ago, we announced that Nate McFall had been selected as holidaycottages.co.uk’s very first Joy Seeker, taking on what we proudly called The UK’s Happiest Job.

Fast forward 90 days, and Nate has become such a core part of our team that it feels like he’s been with us for years!

From relaxing coastal breaks in Cornwall to an epic road trip through Scotland, Nate has been exploring the UK in search of joy, sharing honest accounts of his travels while uncovering hidden gems, including the best flat whites, most underrated beaches and spectacular sunset spots.

In just three months, Nate has captured and shared more than 2,500 photos and videos from his travels, with content generating over 1 million views across holidaycottages.co.uk’s social media so far.

And this is only the beginning.

We can't wait to see where the next chapter of Nate’s journey takes him as he continues to shine a spotlight on the people, places and communities that bring joy across the UK.
