AUGUST// What a month! It has been our busiest yet, with wonderful restaurant nights showcasing amazing food and service to a whole series of restaurant bookings, events and of course weddings.
It has been the hottest that I can remember working in, and our team have worked like trojans. Grateful to the team as always for being so hardworking, dedicated and just a pleasure to work with, even in extremely hot conditions, and forever grateful to all our customers for supporting and taking an interest in our journey as we grow.
This month says goodbye to our Uni students, hello to some new faces you will get to know and a very sad goodbye to Owen who has been with us since the tender age of 17 and now has started a full time job out of hospitality. We think/ know we will see him again (he popped in yesterday) and are very sad but pleased for him as he starts a new chapter.
A final few pictures of a holiday which didn’t go slightly to plan with some special people I have missed this summer, but see what you think! Foot was actually that colour, alcohol not involved, Trump, well maybe not?!
