PROMISES// to be kept.
📸 I said a while back when we released Alan and Celia’s wedding photos that we would do a whole post about their food.
💍 🍴So here we are. A wedding with a difference which focused on high quality food, smaller numbers during the day, and a whole centre stage for a Tasting menu suggested by our Head chef, and tweaked ever so slightly to suit Alan and Celia’s’ tastes and guest preferences.
🧑🍳With a chef in their family, this was an exceptionally fun wedding to look after. With lots of trust in what we and our fellow suppliers can and do do best, and a great amount of collaboration.
✨A feast fit for a wedding couple and their guests:
Featuring:
Photo 1: Tomato Arancini, prawn on toast, mini eggs Florentine, caramelised onion tartlet
Photo 2: Same as above but different angle as it looked so pretty
Photo 3: Brioche with whipped truffle better
Photo 4: Scallops, miso glazed parsnip, apple and dill tapioca, oyster leaf
Photo 5: mushroom tortellini
Photo 6: John Dory, crown prince pumpkin, black olive gnocchi, crispy sage
Photo 7: salt@marsh lamb, rack and loin confit shoulder, pomme Anna potato, courgette puree, smoked tomato confit, garlic jus
Photo 8: lemon tart, lemon sorbet with raspberries
Phot 9: Petit fours
