An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious and commercially driven hospitality professional to take the reins of The Liberal House in Tamworth as a Franchise Manager.
This is much more than a traditional pub management position. It’s an opportunity to run your own hospitality business from an established venue, giving you the freedom to develop the operation, create your own food offering and benefit directly from the success you build.
The Liberal House combines a traditional pub operation with 25 en-suite bedrooms, giving the successful Franchise Manager multiple revenue streams and significant scope to grow the business.
The opportunity
As Franchise Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running and development of the venue. You’ll have the freedom to create your own menus and food concept, build and lead your own team, develop the accommodation business and drive sales across the pub.
The commercial package is designed to reward your success:
* 100% of your own food business – you retain the profits generated from your food operation.
* Earn up to 20% from wet and bedroom sales, giving you the opportunity to benefit from growth across both the bar and accommodation sides of the business.
* 25 en-suite bedrooms with the opportunity to develop occupancy, room revenue and the overall guest experience.
* An established venue and existing customer base, providing a platform from which to build your own successful business.
* Operational support while still giving you the entrepreneurial freedom to make your mark.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who thinks like a business owner. You could currently be a General Manager, Pub Manager, Publican, Chef-Owner or hospitality entrepreneur looking for the opportunity to take the next step.
You’ll ideally have strong hospitality management experience, excellent leadership and people skills, commercial awareness and a solid understanding of sales, costs and profitability. You should be passionate about food, drink and customer service and confident in identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
You’ll be expected to recruit, lead and motivate your team, maintain excellent operational standards, grow food and beverage sales, maximise the potential of the 25 bedrooms and build strong relationships within the Tamworth community.
