Our members have free access to our lifestyle assessments and reassessments with fully qualified instructors. This allows us to achieve better results as more guidance and tuning of their programmes can be given. The objectives are set by the member we then

We have found the cause of our pool temp issue and are working on it to get it sorted as soon as possible . Pool is still OPEN for use , just a little cooler than usual .

We finally have confirmation that our contractors will be on sight tomorrow to install the new part for the whirlpool bath and it will be back up & running tomorrow
