Boldon fitness and Spa aim to enhance your overall well-being, providing a pleasant environment where you rejuvenate yourself in whatever way you choose. Whether it be a full body workout in our fully equipped state of the art gymnasium with a variety of Cybex cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines and free weights to choose from, or whether it be that much relaxation time needed to revitalise and reinvigorate yourself around our tranquil poolside with full use of our 15 meter heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.

On Thursday 8th October there is a large event on in the hotel so parking will be very limited.

The leisure club will be open between 5.30am- 8pm, poolside will be closed from 7.30pm.
