Please read AND SHARE! (Also there’s a money off voucher code at the end!!)📣 ANNOUNCEMENT! A little update about Bracken Crag! 🏡✨
Long story short, a couple of our returning guests recently reached out to me with some honest feedback, saying, “Manda, we feel we need to tell you that your lovely home in Bowness just hasn’t been up to its usual standards this year.”
Honestly, I was absolutely gutted. 💔 Bracken Crag has always been a place I’ve taken so much pride in, and the thought of it not receiving the love, care and attention it deserves really mattered to me.
So, rather than ignore that feedback, I listened, took it on board and made a change!
I want to say a huge thank you to those who messaged me privately rather than taking straight to the reviews. Your honesty gave me the opportunity to put things right, because my priority has always been to make Bracken Crag a welcoming, sparkling-clean and truly perfect home-from-home for everyone staying in beautiful Bowness. ❤️
I’m delighted to share that we’ve now taken on JDNL Elite Cleans for our changeovers, and the difference in the care and attention to detail is exactly what I was hoping for! ✨
It’s not just about getting the cleaning done; it’s about those little touches that make all the difference. From the beautifully folded towels and perfectly plumped cushions to making sure every inch is hoovered, cleaned and ready for your arrival, they go that extra mile to make the place feel special.
Because when you book a stay at Bracken Crag, I want you to walk through the door, feel instantly at home and know that every detail has been taken care of. 🥰
Thank you to everyone who has supported us, returned to stay with us and taken the time to share your feedback. It genuinely means the world, and I can’t wait to welcome you back to Bracken Crag! 🏡❤️ use code Bracken10 for 10% off WhatsApp 07846428356 for booking link… sleeps 6
