Our 2/6 berth Chalet-Bungalows now available with Free WiFi, are open all the year round with central heating during the colder winter month's. Each Chalet Bungalow is superbly fitted out and have 2 double bedrooms with double beds. Bedding is supplied. Lounge/diner, with a double bed/settee & TV. Kitchen with hot & cold water, full size electric cooker & fridge. Shower, w/c & wash basin. They a

re double glazed throughout , ensuring you of a quiet relaxing holiday. Each Chalet-Bungalow has it's own patio area, with two small steps & handrail leading into each Bungalow. There is a laundrette available with free ironing facilities & ample parking. For your peace of mind we pride ourselves in being a friendly family park where your dog is also very welcome.

please join us in wishing a very Happy 100th Birthday to Brean resident Maud Tropman!

Maud, whose family helped shape Brean’s holiday industry, celebrated her 100th birthday this week at Westward Rise Holiday Park surrounded by family and friends. Maud first fell in love with Brean during a cycling holiday in 1947 and has been part of village life ever since.

Over the decades, Maud and her family played a key role in developing one of Brean’s earliest holiday parks, complete with amusements, go-karts and even a beach sand train. She also fondly remembers The Beatles visiting Brean in 1963 and riding the family’s go-karts.

Still living at the park today, Maud enjoys gardening and reflects on a life filled with family, hard work and years of happy memories in Brean.

Birthday Celebrations tomorrow when Mum Maud celebrates her 100th Birthday. Mum first Discovered Brean in August 1947, when she cycled from Solihull Birmingham with her fiancée Ron & friends of the Solihull Cycling Club camping at Southfield Farm. Mum eventually moved here to Brean 72 years ago with her family in 1954 where she still lives with us on the Park.
