A lovely final Ageing Well Festival session this morning!

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for Beach Tennis Lite over the Festival. It’s been great welcoming new people onto the sand and introducing more adults 50+ to beach tennis.

And this isn’t the end — more Beach Tennis Lite is on the way! 🎾🌊

Just a reminder – our Autumn/Winter coaching starts this Saturday!

There are still a few spaces available for the first session on Saturday 3 October – Forehand & Fundamentals, 12:30–1:30 pm.

Our six-session improver coaching programme is designed and run by our experienced and qualified LTA Level 4 Head Coach, Paul Dent to help you develop your technique, improve consistency and build confidence in your game.

Each session focuses on a different aspect of beach tennis, so you can book the sessions that interest you or choose one of our 3- or 6-session packages.

Coaching dates:
3 & 17 October
7 & 21 November
12 & 19 December

🎾 Coach & Play
All coaching bookings include our regular Saturday social play afterwards, giving you the chance to put what you’ve worked on straight into practice.

Team GB in action tomorrow!

The draw is in for the opening day of the European Beach Tennis Championships, with GB players competing across Men’s, Women’s and Mixed Doubles.

We’ll be following the team throughout the Championships and sharing updates along the way.

Beach Tennis Brighton is delighted to be part of the Ageing Well Festival 2026!

We’ll be running two Beach Tennis Lite sessions at Brighton Sand Court for adults aged 50+.

These are friendly, relaxed sessions and you do not need any previous beach tennis or tennis experience. Beginners are very welcome.

Bookings are handled through the Ageing Well Festival, not through Beach Tennis Brighton.
