In the past 13 years we have noticed a dramatic increase in holiday makers wanting to stay within the British Isles for their holiday... Here upon the Kentish Coastline we have some of the best beaches available within the British Isles and plenty to see and do. All our properties have in-home entertainment should the weather change and a few even have games rooms. We are continually modernising our properties and therefore have them all to the highest standard of cleanliness with routine inspections and weekly cleaning and linen changeovers.

Sea views with your morning coffee? We can definitely get behind that ☕

Luna’s Seaview is a lovely coastal base in Broadstairs, sleeping up to four guests across two bedrooms, with plenty of space to settle in and enjoy a few days by the coast.

The real star of the show is the balcony. Open the doors, take a seat and enjoy uninterrupted sea views and fresh coastal air without even leaving the property.

It’s pet friendly too, with free parking, a fully equipped kitchen and a great location for walks towards Broadstairs, Ramsgate and the beach.

🔨 A slightly different afternoon for the Seastay maintenance team today! 🏡

One of our lovely long-standing clients gave us a call after being let down by someone who was supposed to fit her new blinds and curtains.

Naturally, we were more than happy to help! 💙

We managed to juggle a few things around, get the team over and have everything fitted and looking rather splendid, even if we do say so ourselves!

And what a difference they make! 😍
