Our 12-Hour Braised and Smoked Celeriac brings together hen of the woods, black garlic, toasted hazelnuts and autumn truffle for a dish that makes the most of the season.

Slowly prepared and carefully finished, it’s a considered vegan dish with plenty of depth, now on the Moda menu for autumn 🍂

It was a lovely opportunity to bring everyone together for an evening centred around the world of fragrance and the stories behind it.
