🌟 13ft/14ft villa - 30 years
🌟 20ft lodge - 40 years

These licence lengths are from new! So, if you’re buying a pre-loved holiday home, the remaining pitch licence will depend on its age 🌊

For example, a 20-year pitch licence on a holiday home that’s already 5 years old would have 15 years remaining! 🏡
