You canā€™t stay and not take a drive to our nearest town of Hay on Wyeā€¦

Take a wander through the streets and check out all the independent shops and eateries, but also be sure to follow the river path down to The Warren where you can sit and watch the wildlife, and canoeists pass you by! šŸŒ€

Absolutely delighted to confirm that Iā€™ll be at the Blake Theatre in Monmouth on the 19th June at 7.30pm, talking about my life and times with a very old friend whoā€™s also got an Escape to the Country tale of his own! Itā€™s a great venue to begin a book tour, and of course Iā€™ll be around to meet, chat, sign copies of Wild at Heart, and have a beer! Tickets are available direct from their website.
