🌟 NEW: Member Spotlight 🌟

We're launching a brand new series celebrating the incredible people who make up the Stables community.

First up is long-standing member Tina Morris, who many of you will know from our swimming pool and studio classes.

Tina has recently been selected to represent Great Britain at the World Sailing Inclusion Championships in Portugal as part of the GB Blind Sailing Team.

"Thank you to everyone at The Stables for your support and good wishes. Being selected to represent Great Britain is an opportunity I'm incredibly proud of, and I'm grateful to be part of such a supportive community. I look forward to taking The Stables' support with me to Portugal and representing both my team and our club as proudly as I can."

As they prepare for the championships, the team is seeking support through fundraising and sponsorship.

🎉 THE WAIT IS OVER… STABLES STUDIO IS OPENING! 🎉

We’re incredibly excited to officially open the doors to our brand-new Stables Studio on Monday 24th August!

Join us from 10:00am for a special Grand Opening Day packed with activities, tasters, refreshments and a chance to see our amazing new studio for yourself! 🏋️‍♀️

🎀 10:00am – Ribbon Cutting
Officially opened by Carol Burke, our very first instructor at the club and one of our longest-serving instructors!

🥤 Welcome Drink
Enjoy a smoothie, coffee or other light refreshment.

Take a look around our brand-new space!

🔥 STUDIO SHOWCASE – 10:30am onwards
We’ll be running 20-minute taster sessions every 30 minutes

The Studio Showcase is turn up and participate – simply come along, choose the sessions you fancy and give them a go! 🙌

🏆 Fancy a challenge? Our Signature Challenge will feature:
⛷️ 500m Ski
🏋️ 20 Squats
🔥 10 Burpees
🦵 20 Lunges
With prizes for the fastest male & female! 🏆
