Paired with vibrant Wye Valley asparagus at its peak, rich and earthy morel mushrooms, and the unmistakable sweetness of Jersey Royals. Finished with a sauce of handpicked wild garlic, foraged locally and bringing a fresh, aromatic depth that ties the whole dish together.
