🍻 Meet Jim – Our Main Barman! 🍻

Every great bar has a legend behind it... and ours is Jim.

Whether you're popping in for one or staying all night, Jim will be there to welcome you with a smile, a laugh, and (hopefully) the right drink in the right glass! 😂

🍸 Favourite Drink: Mantle Moho

✅ Pros

🎤 Best male singer behind a bar in West Wales.
😁 Always greets everyone with a smile.
😂 Always up for a laugh and a bit of friendly winding up.
🍻 Keeps the good times flowing from open until close.

❌ Cons

🍷 Will somehow break at least 3 w**e glasses and Prosecco flutes per shift.
🤏 Can't do anything that requires small hands.
🫧 After about five pints, starts blowing bubbles into his drinks.
🚬 Loses half a pouch of to***co on the bar every time he rolls a cigarette.

We wouldn't have him any other way! ❤️

If you see Jim behind the bar, be sure to say hello... and maybe keep the w**e glasses out of his reach! 🍻😂

🍻 Meet the Team – Ben (The Boss!) 🍻

Every pub needs someone to keep the wheels turning... ours just happens to do it at full speed!

Meet Ben – the boss. Whether he's supporting local suppliers, flipping burgers at lightning speed or racing through the wholesalers, there's never a dull moment when he's around.

🍸 Favourite Drink: Mantle Moho

✅ Pros
🚜 Proud supporter of local farmers and local produce.
😂 Has the best laugh – you'll hear it before you see him.
🍕 Absolute machine when it comes to making pizzas and smash burgers.
🏎️ Can push a flatbed trolley around the wholesalers at approximately 50mph (give or take).

❌ Cons
🍹 After a few drinks, he'll decide it's mojito time... despite not owning a cocktail shaker. The result? Mint, lime, rum & crushed ice splattered across every available surface.
🧹 Fairly certain he doesn't know we own a hoover.
🍔 Insists on calling smash burgers "Burger & Smash" because he thinks it sounds edgy.
✈️ Has a habit of announcing very spontaneous trips away...
🥣 Refuses to buy plastic shot glasses because he accidentally ordered 50,000 dip tubs and insists we use those up first.

We do give him a hard time... but none of this would be here without him. Thanks for everything you do, Ben! 🍻❤️

If you see the boss around, say hello... and if you're handed a shot in a dip tub... now you know why! 😂
