We’re excited to introduce our latest project, a 2-bedroom flat in Wigton, perfect for both business and leisure stays.

The landlord had recently completed a light refurb and decided he wanted to try something new. He handed us the keys and, quite simply, told us to work our magic… ✨

So that’s exactly what we did.

We’ve taken what was essentially a bare, empty flat and transformed it into somewhere that feels warm, homely and inviting, a space where guests can walk through the door and immediately feel comfortable.

From styling and furnishing to those little finishing touches that make all the difference, we’ve loved bringing this one to life.

We are cutting it tight though! It goes live Monday with the fridge and blinds being installed on Monday morning… 🫣

📈 What does demand actually look like for serviced accommodation in Carlisle?

You’ll notice some of the larger payouts have been blanked out. That’s because those bookings have come directly from businesses with the payment being invoiced, paid & landing straight into the bank.

No OTA commission.

☀️ OUT OF OFFICE ☀️

We may be away enjoying some time off, but as anyone in the SA game knows… the madness doesn’t exactly stop!

Bookings are still coming in, guests still need answering, and our amazing cleaners still need organising behind the scenes.

It’s definitely a balancing act, but we’re so grateful to have a fantastic team and systems in place that mean we can step away for a little while.

It’s lovely to switch off, recharge and enjoy some proper time away… even if the laptop and phones are never quite as far away as we’d like! 😅

For now, we’re soaking up the sunshine, enjoying the downtime and reminding ourselves that we deserve a break too. ❤️

The weekend madness is about to go into full swing, so we thought we’d share a little inspiration from a few weeks ago. ✨🥂

Our amazing cleaner at sparklelikeagem went above and beyond for a bride-to-be staying with us, transforming the bedroom into the sweetest surprise. 💕 From the beautiful towel heart and rose petals to the balloons, wine and little touches, it was the perfect welcome for a special celebration.

It’s these thoughtful touches that make a stay feel extra special, and we absolutely loved seeing the room brought to life! 🤍✨
