HOTEL MANAGER / MANAGEMENT COUPLE WANTED 📣
The Royal Station Hotel in Carnforth, Lancashire, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Hotel Manager or Management Couple to take the reins and help drive the business forward.
We’ve been at the heart of Carnforth for over 10 years, with an established hotel, busy bars, food service, regular live music, events and a loyal local customer base.
Now, we’re looking for someone with the energy, experience and drive to build on what’s already here and take The Royal Station into its next chapter.
This is a hands-on management role for someone who understands both the hospitality experience and the numbers behind a successful business.
We’re looking for someone with experience in:
🍽️ Hotel, food and beverage management
🍺 Running busy bar and hospitality operations
📊 Margins, menu costing, gross profit and financial performance
👥 Wage management, staffing and rotas
💻 Hotel technology, booking systems and modern hospitality systems
🎉 Planning, managing and growing events
📈 Identifying opportunities to improve and develop the business
⭐ Maintaining high standards across customer service and day-to-day operations
Just as importantly, we want someone with personality and enthusiasm.
Someone who wants to bring ideas to the table, create a great atmosphere, get involved in what’s happening at the venue and give both the team and the business plenty of energy.

Situated in North Lancashire, Carnforth is brilliantly placed for both locals and visitors, with the Lake District, Morecambe Bay and Lancaster all within easy reach and excellent transport connections via the M6 and Carnforth railway station.
The Royal Station already has plenty happening, from live music and busy weekends to food offers, private functions and larger events. We’re looking for the right person, or couple, who can see the potential in what we’ve built and is excited about where it could go next.
