Very excited to try Crown and Anchor Dundrennan 's new menu 😋

As the nights get colder, the comfort food arrives! We're giving our pizza oven a break for a few weeks and introducing a brand-new Friday and Saturday evening menu designed to warm you right up. We’ve brought together all your favourites, from a rich, hearty homemade steak pie to local butcher's sausages and creamy mash served in a giant Yorkshire pudding. Spaces are limited, so call us on 01557 337370 or message us via Messenger to book your table for an evening this weekend. Our usual breakfast and lunch menu’s are available during daytime hours.

We had a very rare night off last weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary in one of our favourite places - The Powfoot Hotel
We got married there five years ago and decided to treat ourselves to a night away. The food at Powfoot is always exquisite and the overall experience is made even more special by the attentive staff led by Lisa alongside her head chef husband Martin. The whole team make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk through the door and are always looking for ways to make your experience unforgettable.
Powfoot will always get five stars from us.
