This award is a reflection not only of the service I provide to my clients, however also the amazing suppliers that I work with and the incredible support team in Manchester that provide technology support, marketing and commercial support, and also our fabulous 24/7 duty office always there to step in when needed to provide a solution in times of crisis. A huge team effort with the client at the forefront of everything we do.

Tom and I are so excited to share that we are currently developing a building on Beckside in Beverley, which will become the home of our very own Beverley Nutrition club! 🏡✨

We’re aiming to open our doors in the first week of January, and there’s lots happening behind the scenes as we turn the building into a welcoming space where people can come together, work on their health and wellbeing, and get the support and encouragement they need. 🌱

And you don’t have to wait until January — we’ll also be offering online support, so people can start their wellness journey wherever they are.

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY 🌿

As we head into autumn, the mornings get darker, the evenings get longer and for some of us, our mood and energy can take a little dip too. 🍂

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a form of depression linked to seasonal changes, and even if you don’t experience SAD, less daylight can affect your sleep, energy and motivation.

Here are a few simple ways to support yourself through the darker months:

☀️ Get outside in natural daylight
Try to get outdoors during the day, ideally earlier rather than later. Even on a cloudy day, outdoor light is much brighter than indoor light. A morning walk can be a great way to start the day.

🥗 Nourish your body
Regular, balanced meals can help support energy levels. Think plenty of vegetables and fruit, wholegrains, protein-rich foods and healthy fats. Don’t forget to stay hydrated too!

💪 Keep moving
You don’t need to do a huge workout. A brisk walk, some stretching or simply getting up and moving regularly can make a difference to how you feel.

😴 Keep a regular routine
Try to maintain consistent sleep and wake times and make time for things that help you unwind.

❤️ Stay connected
The darker months can make us want to hibernate, but spending time with friends, family or your community can be really beneficial for your wellbeing.

And remember, you don’t have to wait until January to start looking after yourself. Small changes made now can help you feel better going into winter.

✨ Two years of Jess — and what an incredible journey it has been! ✨

Two years ago, Jess started her journey with Willerby Nutrition, and just look at what she has achieved! 💚

The numbers on her board are fantastic — 26.3kg down, 6.7% body fat lost, 4.5 litres of visceral fat lost, 16.5cm off her measurements and a 7.7cm reduction from her mid-section. 👏

But honestly, the biggest transformation has been Jess herself.

Achieving goals she once hoped for has given Jess a confidence that shines through. She is fitter, healthier, stronger and has such a different outlook on her own wellbeing. And being part of our community has played such a huge part in that too. 💚

And now, Jess isn't just enjoying the benefits of her own journey — she is coaching at the club and helping others with theirs. She has become incredibly knowledgeable about health, nutrition and wellbeing, and I honestly couldn't be prouder of the coach she has become.

But beyond all of that, Jess is simply a wonderful lady. Kind, supportive, encouraging and always willing to share what she has learned to help someone else.

Jess, you should be incredibly proud of everything you have achieved over the last two years. 🥰 Your transformation goes so much deeper than the numbers on that board — you've gained confidence, knowledge, strength and a whole new belief in what you are capable of.

Just look at Jo! 💚 Her progress has been amazing, but what makes me happiest is how she feels.

Jo is feeling more confident, energetic and healthier, and she has now dropped a dress size too! 👗🙌

After losing nearly 2 stone, Jo has decided to set herself a new target. And the best bit? She’s found the journey so much easier than she ever thought it would be! 💪

So, instead of stopping here, she’s now aiming for an incredible 3 stone weight loss and a UK size 10. 🎯

I absolutely love this mindset — focusing not just on the number on the scales, but on how much better you feel, the confidence you gain and the goals you realise are actually achievable. ❤️

Well done Jo — you should be incredibly proud of yourself! Keep going, girl! 👏🔥

🌿 🌿 WELLNESS WEDNESDAY 🌿

Are you getting enough fibre?

Fibre might not be the most glamorous part of nutrition… but it’s a BIG deal when it comes to our health! 💚

The NHS recommends that adults aim for around 30g of fibre every day, yet most of us are eating considerably less than that.

So why does fibre matter?
✨ It helps keep our digestive system healthy
✨ It helps prevent constipation and keeps things moving
✨ It can help us feel fuller for longer
✨ A high-fibre diet is associated with a lower risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and bowel cancer.
And fibre isn't just about bran and brown bread! 😋
You can boost your intake by including more:
🥣 Oats and wholegrain cereals
🍎 Fruit and vegetables
🥔 Potatoes with the skin on
🍞 Wholemeal and wholegrain bread
🍚 Brown rice and wholegrain pasta
🫘 Beans, lentils and chickpeas
🥜 Nuts and seeds

A really simple goal is to include a source of fibre at every meal, rather than trying to get 30g all at once.

And don't forget your fluids! 💧 Fibre works alongside fluid to help keep your bowel movements soft and regular.
