Congratulations to Rowena, our Head Housekeeper, on celebrating an incredible 17 years with the hotel!

Rowena joined the hotel as a Housekeeping Assistant and through her hard work, dedication and passion for excellence, progressed through the department as a Supervisor and Deputy Head of Department before recently stepping into the role of Head Housekeeper.

Her commitment, attention to detail, caring nature and consistently high standards have made a lasting impact on both our guests and the team.

Rowena is a valued member of the team and her contribution over the past 17 years has been truly outstanding.

LONG SERVICE AWARD

Congratulations to our Reception Manager, Yulia, on 4 excellent years at the hotel.

Yulia originally joined the hotel in 2022 as a Receptionist. Since then, she was promoted to Senior Receptionist in 2023, then to Assistant Reception Manager in 2024, before most recently advancing to Head of Department.

Her professionalism, caring attitude, positive energy and guest focused approach has always stood out.
