To serve with the Glamorgan Sausages last night, Summer Ratatouille - aubergine and courgettes in a rich tomato herby sauce, baked in the oven, topped with extra fresh herbs and a slosh of grassy olive oil. The guests also requested Watermelon, feta and fresh mint salad - a delicious combo!

Lovely to see Pam and David again! As they say in their comments, many of our guests book repeatedly and feel like old friends. They all also obviously have their favourite places to eat locally - The Black Horse Binsted features regularly !
