Young Rowe buck spends his days in our paddock at present. Seems pretty comfortable to be there.

Our new Wash House is up and cleaning everyone and everything that comes camping! Hot and cold and drinking water, showers, fridges, hand basins, freezers, flushing toilets, a library, washing up area, mirrors, the list is almost endless. We are still a bit wild though. Come and see.

Hi All,
For all you climbers who don't know any teenagers with spare clothes now is your chance to add your support to Klothes for Ksar and get more Berber children to stay in school. Batch Camp on tour 2025 Ksar valley Started with a bit of climbing at new crag Split Rocks and then off on my own up on the ridge behind guest house and down into Ice Box Canyon with gazelles, wild dogs and Ibis. Big day out all the way to the top of Jebel el Kest 2400m (7500’) climbing over 1000m. Saw wild boar and chipmunks in the valley. Now on the way home!

Batch Camp on tour 2025 part 7
Having got to the ferry late it was delayed for 4 hours and I eventually made it to Tangiers (via taxi at 4 in the morning) after passively watching a man smuggle a dog into Morocco. Tangier looked beautiful as did Casablanca. The train was brilliant( we have nothing like it). Had an OK Nicoise salad in Marrakesh and a strange sausage sandwich outside Tiznit where I stayed for the night. Shared a taxi up into the mountains with 4 strangers and a baby to Tafroute where I met the other climbers from Bristol. It took 3 days and 4 hours to travel overland by public transport to southern Morocco.

Batch Camp on tour 2025 part 7
So the plan is to go climbing in the Anti Atlas Mountains in Morocco without flying.
Had to leave dog with sister in Crystal Palace and set off early Sunday morning . Breakfast in London followed by better lunch in Paris and the usual late dinner of gambas in Barcelona. Up early(5) to catch another very fast very modern train to Madrid followed by a slow one to sit at a station with no food, over the mountains to Gibraltar and a race to the ferry which has now been delayed for three hours!
