New Series - the faces behind Bowland Retreat Lodges, their roles and responsibilities. PART 2: This focus is on Site Manager Lyndsey who is crucial to the smooth running of the park, the guest communication and the go -to for support and assistance. She is known for her caring nature, her sweet tooth and a great sense of humour! Though she has a great fear of spiders, Lyndsey is not afraid of getting her hands dirty, she has once had to go beneath the dark depths of a lodge to retrieve a diamond ring! She is handy with the strimmer and can often be found in the laundry room, backwards and forwards between lodges, jet washing decks or sitting in your hot tub, sorry checking on your hot tub!
