📣 An Exciting, Rare Opportunity: Priscilla, Queen of the Caravans is Looking for a New Owner! 👑

To all our wonderful guests who have stayed with us and supported us over the years, we have some bittersweet news to share. After incredible seasons of holiday memories, we have decided the time is right for us to pass on the crown.

Priscilla, Queen of the Caravans is officially up for private sale!

For anyone who has ever dreamed of owning their own holiday home, or stepping into a ready-made rental investment that has cleared £14-£16k over the last 3 years after expenses, Priscilla is your perfect turn-key opportunity without breaking the bank.

✨ Why Priscilla is an absolute gem:

⛳ The Best Plot on Park: Located at Kingsbarns in the Golf Village at Haven Seton Sands, backing directly onto the golf course right at the top of the park.
Quiet, premium and highly sought-after.

♾️ No Age Limit: Seton Sands has an unlimited tenure policy, meaning she can stay on this premium pitch forever.

🔥 Full Comfort: 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8 with the pull-out double sofa bed), full double glazing and central heating (with a brand new boiler fitted in 2020 and new radiators fitted in 2022).

📲 Ready-Made Business: We are happy to hand over this exact page and promotional video to help the new owner hit the ground running.

She is a 2008 model and has the normal cosmetic wear and tear of a well-loved holiday home, which is why we have priced her for a straightforward, transparent private sale at £18,500 (including all park transfer fees).

Exciting News !!! 🥳

https://www.mirror.co.uk/travel/uk-ireland/two-popular-uk-caravan-parks-35765173

Two popular UK caravan parks to open over Christmas and New Year for first time ever - and one of them Is Seton Sands !!! 🎉

'Two popular caravan sites are opening their doors over the festive period giving holidaymakers the chance to spend their Christmas in style with a 'magical' list of celebrations.

The parks will be transformed into Winter Wonderlands and it comes as five were opened last year for festivities which saw around 30,000 people having a winter break at the caravan sites. The new two Scottish sites announced are at Craig Tara in Ayr and Seton Sands in Prestonpans and will be opening over Christmas and Hogmanay.'

Amazing!!

Have the most magical Christmas and New Year away at Seton Sands this year.

And of course, the lovely Priscilla would be delighted to welcome you to stay in her. 🥰

All dates for Chrstmas and New Year all currently available. 😁
