CGS Race Night 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

The CGS track has become the home of the Ballymena & Antrim AC Causeway Coast Junior training group, led by coach Alistair Bratten.

After a season that has seen the group produce multiple Ulster Schools finalists, as well as Ulster Primary and Secondary Schools Cross Country champions, the juniors showed their strength once again on home turf.

Across the 2K and 5K races, the junior athletes dominated the podium, claiming 7 of the 12 available podium places. 👏🏅

A fantastic performance from a talented group of young athletes and a reflection of the hard work being put in week after week.

CGS Race Night. Well done to the CGS team of John Lyons, Donovan Paul, Toby Rankin and Tae Chen on their Irish Schools gold medal, the first in the history of CGS or CAI. It was great to acknowledge their achievement on a Friday night and a lot of fun taking them on over 4 x 300m
