The Bush Inn is a beautiful, 15th century thatched pub/restaurant situated in the heart of the idyllic village of St Hilary (a mile outside of Cowbridge). We are a very popular destination dining venue where people visit not only for our hearty country food but also for the ambience and experience.

Good morning everyone,as some of you already know myself and my team are leaving The Bush Inn.We will be closing the doors after service on Sunday 21st June to get it ready for Phil and his team to open the doors on Tuesday 23rd June.Its been a pleasure to run this beautiful pub but now it’s on to pastures new for us.Wishing Phil and team all the best in the future and Thank you to all our customers that we have met along this journey.Thank you to my team that have supported me on this journey 🙏🏼Hope to see you on my next adventure Pat 🙏🏼
